ALERT: Due to a recent Arizona appellate court decision the Keystone Executive (Closed) Board of Directors meetings will be held before the OPEN meeting. The Executive (Closed) meeting will begin at 6:00 PM with the OPEN meeting to follow. It is difficult to gauge the time length of the Executive (Closed) meeting but the Board will try to limit the meeting to thirty minutes.

The Board of Directors of the Keystone Owners Association holds its meetings on the fourth Thursday of every month unless otherwise noted. The Keystone Board of Directors meetings are open to the public. Time is allotted at the beginning of the open regular meetings for homeowner comments.

The Board of Directors meetings are held at the Vision Community Management Offices (South Building) at 16725 S. Desert Foothills Boulevard. Homeowners are invited to attend.
