ALERT: Due to a recent appellate court decision the Keystone Executive (closed) Board of Directors meeting is on hold. Meaning: As of this writing it is undetermined if the Executive Meeting will be held in May 2026. The appellate court decision did not involve our community but the case decision affects how Arizona Homeowner Association Boards conduct their meetings. There is nothing nefarious here. The Keystone Board is working on how to be compliant with the court's decision. Watch this space.

The Board of Directors of the Keystone Owners Association holds its meetings on the fourth Thursday of every month unless otherwise noted. The Keystone Board of Directors meetings are open to the public. Time is allotted at the beginning of the open regular meetings for homeowner comments.

The Board of Directors meetings are held at the Vision Community Management Offices (South Building) at 16725 S. Desert Foothills Boulevard. Homeowners are invited to attend.
