The Board of Directors of the Keystone Owners Association holds its meetings on the fourth Thursday of every month unless otherwise noted. The Keystone Board of Directors meetings are open to the public and begin at 6:00 PM. Time is allotted at the beginning of the regular meetings for homeowner comments. The Annual Members Meeting is open only to Keystone owners. The Board meets in Executive (closed) Session following the Regular Session meeting per ARS 33-1804 (A1 - A5).

The Board of Directors meetings are held at the Vision Community Management Offices (South Building) at 16725 S. Desert Foothills Boulevard. Homeowners are invited to attend.
