ALERT!!! Board of Directors Meeting click here

Due to a recent appellate court decision the Keystone Executive  (closed) Board of Directors meeting is on hold.  Meaning:  As of this writing it is undetermined if the Executive (closed) Meeting will be held in May 2026.  The appellate court decision did not involve our community but the case decision affects how Arizona Homeowner Associations conduct their meetings.  There is nothing nefarious here.  The Keystone Board is working on how to be compliant with the courts decision.  Watch this space.  

The Regular (open) Session is still scheduled for Thursday May 28, 2026.  The usual start time is 6:00 PM, but it is undetermined as of this writing due to the unknown start time of the Executive (closed) Session start time (see above).  Watch this space.
