The special meeting scheduled for September 14, 2026 at 6 PM has been canceled.  The Board will discuss and approve the 2027 Keystone budget at the next Open Session on September 24, 2026. This meeting will start at 6:30 PM after the preceding Closed Session meeting.  Board of Directors meetings are held at the Vision Community Management offices at 16725 S. Desert Foothills Parkway. 85048 (the southernmost building).
