WATER/SEWER LINE LETTER TO HOMEOWNERS

Recently, Keystone residents received a letter from Service Line Warranties who has partnered with the City of Phoenix.  A resident or owner's question might be, "Should I buy this warranty?"  The Association neither recommends or disapproves.  The decision to purchase this warranty is a personal decision.
